At Scentcrafthandma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of books, planners, and notebooks. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Books should not have any writing, highlighting, or damage. Planners and notebooks must be unused and free of any marks or damage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the new item has a higher price.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when possible.
